A trip to Nepal for travellers who, despite little time, want to experience a lot. On 3 days you will visit with your guide the cultural and religious highlights in Kathmandu” including Swayambunath (known as the “Monkey Temple”), Pashupatinath (the highest Hindu sanctuary in Nepal on the sacred River Bagmathi)-the Durbar Square with the Palace of Living Goddess, Kumari Devi. On your easy trekking tour (daily walking time approx. 3-6 hours; maximum altitude approx. 2500m), which is also suitable for the elderly or for families with children, you will hike through the Helambu District with its villages, ridges, valleys and Rhododendron Forests. During your 3-day jungle excursion to Chitwan National Park you will have the opportunity to admire the diverse flora and fauna in southern Nepal. You make excursions on foot, by canoe and on the back of an elephant. Observe the rare rhinoceros and, with a little luck, the shy and rare tiger. Transfers from Kathmandu to Chitwan National Park and back are carried out individually with private vehicles and drivers.*
