Due to the very different topography, the weather in Nepal is also very different. In the summer months (monsoon season) it is unbearably hot in the south (Chitwan region) and there are large-scale floods; on the other hand, the Himalaya regions (i.e. Mustang) are also suitable for trekking in the summer months. Temperatures fall according to the increasing altitude, with pleasant temperatures prevailing in the main trekking regions during the day, even at higher altitudes.
